Built on Experience, Service, and Integrity

When you hire an electrician, you want someone with real experience, strong values, and a commitment to doing the job right. That foundation matters, especially when it comes to the safety of your home.

Before starting Dunamis Power, David Voss served in the United States Navy as a Seabee, where precision, safety, and accountability were not optional. That experience confirmed a long-term calling to construction and skilled trades. From there, he completed an accounting degree at Portland State University, earned a Construction Management certificate through Portland Community College, and completed his electrical apprenticeship with IBEW Local 48.

Today, you benefit from over 13 years of hands on electrical experience and 19 years in the construction industry. David has worked on projects at Meta, Google, Daimler, and OHSU. That depth of experience means your project is approached with a full understanding of how homes are built, how electrical systems should function, and how to complete work safely, efficiently, and to code.

Dunamis Power was built intentionally through prayer, family discussions, and a desire to serve homeowners with integrity. It is a family owned business, run alongside his wife Sara, and grounded in the same values that guide how they raise their four children. When someone works in your home, they treat it with the same care and respect they would expect in their own.

Outside of work, family life revolves around hunting, traveling, bowling, ice skating, hockey, camping, serving at church, and taking care of farm chores. Those values of responsibility, service, and follow through carry directly into the way your electrical work is handled.
